We had to start by first understanding what resources do homebuyers use along with the factors that are important to them but are not detailed in the seller's description. Given the tight timeline and limited resources we had to develop a MVP that would achieve the core goal of providing honest reviews on home listings. 

We designed multiple iteration of the app that would lit homes on the market along with independent reviews on the house. We used the findings from the user research to determine the criteria used to assess listings. 

We tested our design as a result of which we created and later refined the on-boarding flows. The test results also enabled us to let users select their preferences (factors) and narrow their search results.
